When it comes to choosing a church for your special occasion, whether it be a christening or wedding, if having beautiful and professional photos is important to you, then there are some important considerations to think of when choosing your venue;
- A classic church that makes a lovely backdrop. - Choose a church that has plenty of natural light inside. A dark church is likely to result in grainy photos. - Ask if they allow flash inside the church. If flash photography is not allowed, then your images may be dark, dull and grainy. If you would like photos to be taken outside of the church, then go there at the time of day you are intending to have your ceremony and check where the sunlight is. Ideally, there should be an attractive and spacious part of the church (usually the front) that is in a fully shaded position. In Adelaide in the height of summer, south facing churches are generally shaded. North facing churches receive afternoon sun, which can make for very glarey and blotchy photos.
