I have received feedback from clients that they prefer to receive their images in digital format, providing the freedom to print and share them as they wish. For this reason, my packages include a DVD with your selected images in high resolution format. You are able to take your images where ever you like and can print as many copies as you like without any restrictions.
There are many budget photo labs in department chains, offering cheap prints. It may be tempting to try and save some costs on your prints. I had a client contact me recently and she showed me an image she had printed at a budget photo lab. She was naturally concerned that the colours looked oversaturated and unnatural. I too was concerned how the image looked as it looked nothing at all like it did on the screen. I had a sneaking suspicion it was to do with the photo lab that was used. I had the same image printed by a professional photo lab and it looked fabulous - the colours looked soft and natural and it looked like it did on the screen. The client was relieved and will be taking her images in to a professional photo lab to be redone. I would urge clients to go to a professional photo lab to have prints done, even if it costs a little extra. The difference in quality can be considerable and when you are paying for a professional photographer, it is important that your final prints look professional. If you would like for me to arrange prints for you, please let me know and I would be happy to provide you with a price list. That way you can be sure that the images you receive will be of a high standard. Comments are closed.
